Transient ischemic attack is very rare manifestation of cerebral venous thrombosis. Herein, we report a case of 50-year-old man diagnosed as a cerebral venous sinus thrombosis presenting with recurrent transient ischemic attaks. He was admitted to our hospital because of recurrent right hemiparesis lasting for 10-20 minutes and occipital headache. Magnetic resonance image revealed left superior sagittal sinus thrombosis.
